Digital products

Our products are digital files delivered by email, so they can't be "returned" once downloaded.

When we'll make it right

Please contact us if:

• you can't access or download your files — we'll fix the problem or send new links;
• you were charged more than once for the same order — we'll refund the duplicate payment;
• a file is broken or doesn't match its description.

Other refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay; how long they take to appear depends on your bank. When an order is refunded, its download links stop working.

Free resources

Free resources involve no payment, so no refund applies.
