Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you get a resource from SkillPilot — free or paid — we ask for:

• Your name — to address your delivery email.
• Your email address — to send your download links and order details.
• Your phone number (optional) — only if you choose to give it. It is passed to the payment window to pre-fill your details and may be used to contact you about your order.

We do not create an account for you and we do not ask for a password.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered in Razorpay's secure window and are never sent to or stored by SkillPilot. We keep only the payment reference numbers, amount and status needed to confirm and account for your order.

How we use your details

• To deliver the resources you requested and to resend them if you ask.
• To answer your support requests.
• To keep records of orders and payments.

We do not add you to a marketing list when you download or buy something. If we ever offer a newsletter, it will be a separate, optional sign-up that you can leave at any time.

Download analytics

We record when a download link is used (time, order and product) to prevent abuse and to understand which resources are useful. We do not record your IP address or device details for this.

Service providers

Your details are shared only with the providers we need to run the store: our payment processor (Razorpay), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database providers.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details by contacting us. We may need to keep order and payment records where the law requires it.
